Biography

Regina Boore is the Founder and Head of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Consulting division, formerly Progressive Surgical Solutions. which specializes in ASC development and management. Based in Colorado, Regina provides strategic support to ASCs nationwide, with expertise in planning and organizational development, ASC design and development, state licensure, Medicare certification, quality and risk management programs, regulatory compliance, staff training and development, and accreditation.

With over 40 years of clinical, administrative, teaching, and consulting experience in both single- and multi-specialty ASCs, Regina brings a wealth of knowledge to her consulting work.

Regina is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC). She holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach. She frequently presents on ambulatory surgery topics at national conferences, including ASCRS/ASOA and Caribbean Eye.
