Biography

Courtney Leonis has 14 years experience as the PSS director of operations handling team coordination, strategic planning, project management, service proposals, marketing, website management, eSupport memberships and content, as well as planning and facilitating internal events and the ASC Nurse Leadership Conference. Prior to joining Progressive Surgical Solutions, Courtney spent 7 years doing motivational speaking, retreat organization and facilitation, and personal mentoring for youth.

As a licensed Insights Discovery™ practitioner, Courtney has guided teams through the 4 color energy model to better understand themselves and each other. She sees the big picture, beyond known and accepted possibilities and uses her natural intuition and remarkable insight to draw ideas out of others. Her enthusiasm and dynamic communication skills enable her to effectively engage and lead groups of people. Her industry experience spans from non-profit ecclesial organizations to health care consultants, and outpatient surgery centers.
