Heather’s work is centered around assisting organizations in prioritizing practical employee-first choices and promoting inclusive cultures.

Heather spent six years working with ASCs, and after a few detours, she is delighted to be back in the healthcare industry. She resides with her family near Nashville, Tennessee.
