Nancy Stephens is a Senior Consultant at VMG Health, based in Huntington Beach, CA. With over 18 years of experience in the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) industry and 23 years of expertise in financial medical services, Nancy specializes in managing the business and financial aspects of ASC operations. She leads financial projections for startup ASCs, delivering comprehensive five-year financial business plans that clients can use to secure financing. Additionally, she provides ongoing financial oversight for established ASC clients by evaluating key performance indicators, analyzing financial statements, and calculating price per share.

Nancy is also a valuable resource for clients seeking assistance with corporate partner buyouts and due diligence. She takes pride in collaborating with clients to help optimize operations and improve financial performance.
