THE ASC NURSE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

EMPOWERING NURSES TO TRANSFORM ASC CULTURE

There are conferences for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), conferences for Nurses, and conferences on leadership. For the first time ever, the ASC Nurse Leadership Conference brings these critical key elements together to bring you an event focused on your development as an ASC nurse leader.

At Progressive, we understand that ASC Nurse leaders play a vital role in the overall success of your organization. You directly impact patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, center profitability, and most importantly the patient experience.

Your diverse day-to-day responsibilities require effective leadership skills to manage a team while keeping up with the rapidly evolving health care guidelines and regulations – skills that were not necessarily emphasized during nursing school.

Whether you are new to ASC management, in a focused leadership role (such as a QAPI Coordinator), or a seasoned ASC manager searching for inspiration, this conference is for you!

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

As an ASC nurse leader, your operational responsibilities are diverse. This dynamic program will focus on the areas where you can grow as a leader, improve your processes and efficiency, maintain compliance in an ever-changing and highly regulated environment, and better support your team. All sessions, even those on clinical operations, will be approached from a leadership perspective. We listened again to attendee feedback from 2022 and continue to adjust and build a comprehensive program built around your specific needs.

WHAT PREVIOUS ATTENDEES HAVE TO SAY...

“The ASC NLC was an excellent experience. It was relevant to all nurse leaders, seasoned or brand new. The networking was phenomenal. The topics covered were important to all types of ASCs. The first annual conference has set the bar high. I look forward to attending next year and being a part of the growth.”

“This is the first conference I have attended that every speaker gave me something to take back to my ASC. The variety of topics actually encompassed what I do as a nurse leader, and addressed the struggles I face on a daily basis. It gave me so many tools to grow and develop myself and my staff. Highly recommend!”

“The ASC Nurse Leadership Conference was perfect and just what I was looking for.  It had great and pertinent sessions for the ASC leader which is what drew me to attend this conference over others.  The speakers did not disappoint, I loved their enthusiasm and passion to help all of the ASC leaders at the conference. It was a very refreshing and inspiring event.”
